The Plumed Bow Tie

A dinner-jacket piece built the same way as the wall work — feather by feather, entirely by hand. Pheasant and peacock plumage is layered in overlapping fans across a navy silk-satin shell, so the colour moves from bottle green through copper to bronze depending on where you happen to be standing.

No two are alike. Every feather is sorted and set individually, which means the pattern, the iridescence and the placement of each eye-marking belong to that tie and no other.

Worn well with navy or charcoal. Reliably the thing people ask about.

Product Details

Materials: Pheasant and peacock feathers hand-set on a navy silk-satin base, with a navy satin centre band.

Neckband:  — adjustable slide 

Care: Keep dry. Brush lightly along the grain of the feather with a soft brush. Store flat, out of direct sunlight.
